​Welcome to my website! I am an early years teacher and Forest School leader from the UK. After meeting my (now husband) on an aeroplane in 2013, life took a new direction which has lead me to being a wife, mum in a small town in the Austrian Alps. As lockdown hit in 2020, I was at home full-time and spent my days creating Forest School style experiences with my 3 and 4 year old children. We all developed such a love for and bond with woodland and countryside around us that my poems and songs practically wrote themselves. I have now got the bug, and absolutely love creating new books for you all!

Since 2022, I work in a lovely Kindergarten with a strong outdoor focus, providing me with endless new inspiration for my writing. My own children now 7 and 9 have much busier schedules with school, sports and music lessons but will still ask me to go back to our favourite wild spots where we have made so many memories.

My books have a Forest School focus, however they are written as much for families looking for inspiration for fun in the great outdoors as educational professionals. I share ideas for having fun and learning outdoors with children on my Welly Days Facebook page.
